"Let Down"
The cleaner showed up an hour behind schedule, and the next time she got pretty disrespectful when I tried to explain how to set up a toilet part. Since I have a disability, I really need things arranged just so.

"Fantastic cleaning service and support"
The cleaner we had was fantastic! She really nailed the cleanliness, going above and beyond what we expected, and her speed and efficiency were top-notch. Plus, she was super friendly and polite. TidyChoice's customer service is also outstanding; I had a question, and they handled it in a flash. I’d totally recommend them!

"Service Not Dependable"
I couldn't even give the service a shot because the first cleaner didn't show up, and the second one canceled the cleaning twice. What a hassle!

"Untrustworthy Service & Lousy Customer Support: No Show for Appointment"
We had a cleaning service scheduled for today (Saturday). A call came in on Thursday to confirm the time and date.

But the cleaner never showed up and ignored our calls and messages. Plus, TidyChoice isn't picking up or responding either.

I wouldn't suggest using this company.

Update: I'm raising my rating by a star since TidyChoice did reach out and tried to fix things. They set up a new cleaner for the following day and offered a small discount.

"Avoid Booking with GEORGE"
I had GEORGE the cleaner scheduled, but when I called him 20 minutes after he was supposed to show up, he told me he wasn’t coming.

I already paid a £15 deposit, and with guests arriving tomorrow, we really needed a cleaner since both my partner and I work full time.

Honestly, if I could, I’d give George a zero-star rating.

Tidychoice makes it simple to locate a cleaner nearby. I entered my requirements, and the site displayed all the options in my vicinity, allowing me to choose based on their profiles. The cleaner did an awesome job and really refreshed my flat. I’d totally suggest them to anyone in need of cleaning services.

"Disappointing cleaning service despite claims..."
The cleaning service was really lacking, even though the ad boasted about 20 years of experience. I reached out to see if they would show up, 'cause it honestly looked like they hadn’t even been here. The clothes were supposedly 'ironed' but just ended up in a heap on the bed, so they got all wrinkled again. Plus, the bed wasn’t even made.
